Kin Party!

Time for Updates Again! Ok, well *past* time for updates. Well, anyway, here they are!

Let's start with some screenshots from the party. By the way, next time, remind me to turn off Item Names before I start taking screenshots, and remind me to take some during our Rivendell runs or whatever we do, too! :P Anyway... First, we have some group shots, I must admit I am a little concerned, though -- where did those thugs come from that snuck into our kin house?!?!

Aren't the dresses just *lovely*? Especially on the twins and on that other graceful elf? What... what... is that *hobbit* doing on the table?!?! And wearing a DRESS?!?!

Well, at least in *that* one you can see the names of the guilty... :) This next one is missing them again, but look at them all salute! Excellent timing all!

Umm, Gilg, you know we don't approve of coming to parties *high*... :) Lots of interesting outfits, very snappy dressers in our kin! (Except for that Milarien chick... and standing with her back to the camera, yet! How rude!!) Lovely music, too, thank you, Aran!

We even had a baby Keyran join us, vacationing from that *other* server *cough*. And look how lovely Giliras looks in that dress! Er... Giliras?!?!

I'm sorry. I know it took me awhile to swap out toons and stuff and things didn't go quite as quickly as I'd hoped... but c'mon... sleeping ON the table... AND under it?!

I like the hauberk Rem has on, and that lovely shield Aran is carrying, but did you see what the minstrel radiance armour *really* looks like?!?

Ok, here we are some more lovely dresses, but thank goodness the food isn't out yet, those hobbits just have no manners! Well, I suppose I might have accidentally tripped over him a few times and that's why he finally climbed up there (out of self defense)!

I see what started it... this *dwarf* climbed up there first!! Bad dwarf! Naughty dwarf! Who is up for some dwarf tossing?!?!

Well... shortly after that, things got, well... maybe a little out of hand. There was some general drunkenness, a bit of wooziness... I mean... how did we end up with a General Milarien (?) and what is she doing out in a pigsty... seeing double?!?!

If that doesn't worry, you, this ought to... look at all these people, don't they look a little... fuzzy... to you?

That's not all, though, if you look more closely... Malagar and Bellorien?!?!

Who knew?!?!

Ah, well, let's break things up a bit here with a new segment called, "Heard in Kin Chat". If you guys help me out, say funny stuff, and remind me to screen shot it (lol), we can do this all the time! :)

Ok, just for fun, here's a preview of 2.6.8 for those who haven't done it yet!

If you still have a minstrel (tootsie roll pop!) and have not done the 60 class quest yet, you can look forward to meeting this guy! (Note the loc handily included in the text.)

You've heard of the Jewelled Bell of Elendilmir? (*Jingle*, *Jangle*!) How about... the Jewelled Belt? :P

From the Depths...

The NDA has been lifted, and I have been slacking on updates here, so... have some Moria!

Yes, I know. Another balrog? Yes, but this one is not a weakened, lessened one, this is THE Balrog from Moria!

Now, these are just a very small, teensy, tiny sample of what's out there -- these are all from one area, and it's just one of many places in a very large Moria!! If I remember to track down more of my SS's, I'll throw some more up here, too!

And some screenshots of Nimrodel, which give us an idea of what to expect once the true area of LothLorien becomes available (apparently not as part of Moria :( ).

October 24, 3018 I can only hope Edgyar has gotten this to you in time, he has been reluctant to be so careless with my communications to friends after I heard back from you about to condition of the last parchment I had sent you, again, my dearest apologies. Things have been stirring around the Forsaken Inn due to some sort of disturbance at Amon Sûl, and my ever so faithful companion Edgyar has become quite jittery over traveling such distances for such a frivolous transfer of communication, at least thats the way he sees it. I hope his overly sharp talons did not rip the parchment paper to much this time, sometimes I think that blasted bird does it on purpose. Bah! I'm just babbling at the mouth here when I have much more to say than frivolous mind numbing talk. I have heard back from Pheryllt!

	Moments before day break, three tall Wights stood before Pheryllt the Purifier, blocking his southern passage into Ost Chall. Holding their ground in a triangle formation pointing south; he quickly unloaded his first shot into the middle Wight, the furthest of the three, and quickly defeated it before it got within arms reach.

Please, please check the Members Forum for a new email to send your screenshots to! For those of you who are wondering who or what this "Bogbereth" that we have been speaking of in the forums is: Slightly large spider with many friends! So, we're heading off to do Book 5 Chapter 8, a little instance called Fire and Ice. We yell at some obelisks, and the next thing you know, these dudes are waking up this dragon: Eep!!! They did it, they succeeded in waking him up! Yikes! Fortunately for us, they lost control of the dragon and he flew off! Yay! So, all we had to worry about was this one little dude and his friends!! Yep, just one little dude... a Nazgul! Run!!! Yeah, well, I didn't manage to get a decent screenshot of the Nazgul and his lovely summoned friends, sorry. :( But it was a fun fight! That's it until next time! Be sure to send me screenshots, got it?!?!?!

	Only a couple of screenshots today, check the Members Forum for a new email to send your screenshots to! First, this one. Now, I'm sure you've all heard that the best burglars have the lightest touch, right? Apparently, Slodeby's touch is so light, he floats!! And this one, just for fun. Leo is in his favorite spot (on the Throne), but I really took it because I get a big kick out of Tom Bombadil! So, men, women, elves, dwarves, hobbits, kinship-folk, lend me your screenshots! Well, you aren't really lending them to me, you're sending me a copy, and I won't really return them because presumably you've kept the original, but you get the idea!
