3017 T.A.: Responding to rumours of a growing threat from an ancient enemy, a diverse collection of Free People -- Men, Elves, Dwarves, and Hobbits alike -- bands together to work against this threat. Few among the People even know of this group, dubbed "Ring Guard of Rivendell", but they work tirelessly to ensure that the Enemy does not achieve any of his dark goals.
3018 T.A.: The threats no longer rumours, Ring Guard of Rivendell begins seeking to increase their numbers, so as to become more able to thwart Sauron's evil aims. All stalwart People are welcome. There is little to offer, save the hope of freedom and peace.

Ok, about that rumour that I've been cloning myself... it's simply not true. While I do have an unusual number of minstrels, none were obtained by cloning. In fact, as you can clearly see in this screenshot, the multiple Milarien feature is *not* due to my cloning -- clearly, the *other* Milarien in this shot is a Hunter!!
Moving on, we were very excited to see this on our screens the other day, look closely at every name and you'll see why!
I'll give you a hint: All of the above have something similar in their tags (which you can't see on the raid list)!
We've been having some fun lately, checking out some scary places.
Here are some of us hanging out once the scariest dudes from that neighborhood were taken care of!

Anyway, moving right along... We've had some fun conversations in chat, in raids, out of raids... Discussing children, velcro, and duct tape... well, I grabbed just a few snippets, not the best, but the first one I thought Klimur and Chewy would be particularly interested in seeing!!
BTW, we love you anyway, Ren!!
We've been finishing up some class quests for some folks in CD and Uru and grabbing the occasional bits from Hele and BG, too, so it's all good!

We'll start off this week's review with a new pic of our favorite flying drake, Naglangon.
Moving on, there were a few people hanging out in Misty, minding their own business, when suddenly this big guy struck! Mindar took some shots and made some notes to remember it by.
Looking for shards. Haer our LM had to call a buddy in for help. Mil's back there on fire, not sure which end those flames came from. And that is either Gohie or Belreth's arrow, showing they were smarter and not as close as me.
Haer is also our dentist, just look at him floss those big pearly whites!
Mil is playin my song, as hear is looking in his bag for a treat for him, trying to get him to play dead.
Well he got his treat and is rolling over to play dead. Gohie runs up and says look what I did!
Ok, I admit it, we weren't *just* wandering around Misty. We were looking for beryl shards, which Kindlemaw very kindly provided!
Anyway, moving right along... We also ran through Book 5 Chapter 8, aka Fire and Ice. Always fun!
We also had some rather interesting times, with the server apparently thinking Gohie was... well, not Gohie!
Modogman is getting ready to take off from Strider's room at the Pony. Who knew he could fly? He must be... Superman!
Here are a couple of little things overheard in kin chat recently. I really need to take more screenshots of this stuff! :)

I can only hope Edgyar has gotten this to you in time, he has been reluctant to be so careless with my communications to friends after I heard back from you about to condition of the last parchment I had sent you, again, my dearest apologies. Things have been stirring around the Forsaken Inn due to some sort of disturbance at Amon Sūl, and my ever so faithful companion Edgyar has become quite jittery over traveling such distances for such a frivolous transfer of communication, at least thats the way he sees it. I hope his overly sharp talons did not rip the parchment paper to much this time, sometimes I think that blasted bird does it on purpose. Bah! I'm just babbling at the mouth here when I have much more to say than frivolous mind numbing talk.

Moments before day break, three tall Wights stood before Pheryllt the Purifier, blocking his southern passage into Ost Chall. Holding their ground in a triangle formation pointing south; he quickly unloaded his first shot into the middle Wight, the furthest of the three, and quickly defeated it before it got within arms reach.

Today, a party from Ring Guard of Rivendell (Larean, Vaulruk, Chewacosi, Toran and Pheryllt
) camping out in the North Downs caught wind of some foul plans set fourth by four very powerful wraiths north of the Fields of Fornost, inside the Ruins of Fornost itself..
These four traitors aided Angmar in the downfall of the Kings' Norbury. The Ring Guards of Rivendell were asked to assit in the efforts to thwart anymore activity by these evil beings.

Brathunor, in his younger years (notice the dagger and sword..ugh), climbs on top of a nearby hill in the Shire...trying to find the best path in his hunt for that short, obnoxious guy in green talking about his pot of gold ore and "me lucky charms!"
